History - Who we are

M & M Empowerment was established in 2006 in the City of Solothurn in Northern Switzerland. From the beginning we have focused on substantive and methodological issues,  continuously developing our capacity and ouput. We have had extensive opportunities to work with small, mediuma and large companies from a variety of industries, enriching our skills and knowledge base in the process. These experiences have simultaneously enriched our portfolio, and allowed us to provide improved service to our customers.

Empowerment: To strengthen the participation and involvement of stakeholders and allow them to succeed autonomously and independently.
M & M Empowerment stand by this definition: We want our customers to be enabled by our services and to go on to use the knowledge, methodology and tools provided independently.

We founded our company within a strong local tradition of innovation in Switzerland, but we are now expanding across borders. We want to get our customers ready for new challenges, whether this involves dealing with the "digital transformation" or the integration of different generations (Millennium, Digital Natives, Generation X). When it comes to building new structures in enterprises, defining IT processes, or to devolping bespke strategic tools , M & M Empowerment is your partner.
