Initial Position

In the computer science department of the local goverment offices an isolated project management process was in use. It needed to be extended  to make strategic planning possible in order for previously approved projects to be prioritized and realized in a financially viable way.

Aim(s)

Generate a holistic project portfolio management plan which integrates strategic planning, architecture compliance and financial requirements.

Tasks

Review and analysis of existing processes.

Creation of a SWOT.

Creating a draft concept and providing initial recommendations.

Provide a detailed procedure for the preparation of self-creation of detailed concept and realization of the target concept.
